Now I understand what your asking. If I recalled correctly all 6 Dinan E30 M3 where sold new in different colors. Im not too sure about the E30s. Yes the Dinan box is the only ECU I have in my car. Back then I was thinking of rechipping the car but the techs could not find the ecu :p Then after knowing about the other 2 with over 180k miles and had no major problems and was used in the track and as a DD. I decided to leave mine alone since I only have 65k orig miles. I still have long ways to go. BTW the car will be featured in the next issue of Bimmer magazine. The editor interviewed Steve Dinan himself to talk about the car. It should be out late Sept.

Once again... you are misinformed not only about Dinan as a company, but now you've also proven to be misinformed about the actual car. If you have anything else to say to me, be courteous to this thread and PM me.
Alvin, yours is a very clean example of the original build. It was probably a good idea to keep it the way it came. I'm actually pretty tempted to replace the ecu system altogether to not only fix my rich issue, but to also free up some more power as well. A rechip might do the trick though as well. Great build, i feel like i've seen some of the pictures you posted in your article in PBMW.
