I talked to my dad on the phone a few minutes ago and he said if we found who did it we could get their insurance to pay for it. I sure hope so and I hope I don't end up with a door that a different shade or something, I don't have school for another week but I think I should go and do some investigating.

gahh. stupid idiots. I came home one day after class at college and my whole lower driver side door was side swiped. fucking pissed me off cause i didnt notice it till i got home cause none of the paint came off. it was all wavy.

This happened to my Corolla, I was at a carnival, got sick, and was sitting in my car facepalming trying to feel better, some giant Toyota Highlander thing parks next to me , and a little girl swung her door open and left a giant ding in my door. I was too sick to do anything about it. Thinking back on it now I would have done something, its really noticable.Not nearly as bad as your car tho.

I'd go and find out which car had the paint transfer on there car, and take a hammer to that part of the car.

Truth. I drove my vert to work one day at a small office and didn't want to seem pretentious by parking in too outlandish a fashion. As I left work, I noticed that the woman who had parked her Honda Civic next to me dinged my quarter.
