Next with the car is to finish the body work (few dents here and there), fill in the holes leftover from the federalized rear side markers (front were already filled in), fill in the antenna hole, new trunk lid (easier than filling in the huge hole cut for the federalized 3rd brake light).

I will be removing the carpet in the car and replacing it with factory carpet, getting the seats recovered in leather again (they're not bad now, no tears, but they're pretty dry), replacing the interior panels with new, non-faded ones.

The transmission needs to be rebuilt, I will more than likely get another Metric Mechanic transmission.

I want to put a stroker in it.

Pretty much, everything in that order.

Nope, it has a 5-speed Metric Mechanic transmission in it now. Just needs to be rebuilt. It has failing synchros going into 3rd.
