How big is the difference between an M52 swap and S52 swap? Price wise and drivability

PM me for detailing services in the Longmont / Boulder Area in Colorado!

Nice rescue and pick up. Not to thread jack but I just picked up a 87 325iS Schartz and some really crappy paint. Lots of hail damage. Where can I get some of that Workout 1500? ....and does anyone know a good method for pulling hail dings out?

I get it from our WYNN'S distributer here at work. Its a nice, not too aggressive compound. Im not sure if you can get it at the store, its made by car bright I think.

Oooooh...you should have kept the m52 and slapped it in there. Otherwise...nice!!!

Wow, eastern shore. I can't believe you found any BMWs over there especially one in pretty decent shape.

It has taken me a year and a half to find it, you should of seen some of the rust buckets here. Almost all seem to be pretty base E30s, with tons of Napa parts on them. Also the M52 swap is not for this car, she's gonna stay pretty OEM, and I needed the cash to fund this. Anyway v8 swap is where its at, M5X swaps are becoming a dime a dozen(although I did start thinking about it when the engine wasn't selling).

Cleaned up the interior, and conditioned the seals, etc. Took some new shots, I still cant believe I got this car for 200 bucks. Hopefully the spending freeze will come off soon so I can get 'er running. .. sigh.. but for now enjoy these!

No rust! Lots of 4x4 status though

manual sunroof reminds me of my old jetta, way more classy though. Crystal disco ball if from the PO, but it puts lots of super rainbows all over the car!

                      Sexy when wet

                      The kenwood works!

have not looked under the steering wheel cover, kind of afraid

Hey did you guys ever figure out if BimmerJoe was trolling or just a douche? You guys were hilarious, I was reading through it and then his posts stopped coming up but I could see them when ppl quoted him. Then the thread got locked and I stopped reading.
