nice looking car. what color is that? i think painting just the insert part body color and leaving the outside black would look good.

I love the color of your car. Like everyone else body color. I think an e28 deck lid looks the best on e30 because the go across the whole trunk, IMO.

                Car looks great!

I like it black, works VERY well with the euro plate frame thingy.

it might be worth considering body color wing with the insert carbon fiber.... (which are available)

one vote for leaving it black for now..

when the time comes and when some other body-colored paint is being applied - then address it at that time (paint the insert). Leaving the outer lip or whatever black provides good contrast. Taking the time to get the right paint and yada just for the insert seems like a lot of trouble..

                  nice wheels/stance/body color !

I say outside body color and insert black. That way looks the best on white anyway.

I'm don't think the whole wing would work in body color, the rest of the wing is in some kind of rubber and has a nice texture up top.

Thanks a bunch, the color is gletscherblau.

                        It's dropped with a couple of cheapo lowtec shocks/springs @ 60mm/35mm.
I might be planning on coilover in the future when funds allow to get it a smudge lower and stiffer in the back cause it rubs now, still need to pull my fenders.

I dunno, don't like that they go across where the trunk lid ends over the lines. Seems cleaner this way, but to each their own.

Yea I saw those inserts somewhere, anyone got a link? I remember they look quite nice, but I'd keep the wing black.

This is what I will probably do, might scrape away the mass on my front, back lower fenders and paint them together.

Do you have any pics of this, it sounds crazy but it might just work, but it probably only works on white.

If I had done a perfect job I might have, it will have to do for the moment.

Thanks man, seems like learning how to polish with a rotary paid off even though good reflection is hard to get on this color.

Vlad was selling one earlier, he had the carbon fiber insert it looked killer on white.

Your rear plate filler seems to be a different style from the U.S. filler as it looks more like a filler than an insert , i like it beter i think .

350mm is probably the most common aftermarket wheel size if you dont care about it being oem
