What size and offset are the bottlecaps?

Next year I'd like to get a little forced induction going and I'm not sure if it makes sense to get a set of headers if I'm going to be swapping it out for a manifold. Where in CT are you located? And yes I'm glad you like the M5, me and my old man have been doing some work on her to try and surpass showroom quality... we've got some work to do to say the least.

EDIT: Maybe you should consider painting the intake mani the same color as the VC
Yeah, before getting headers I would make sure you want to stay N/A. The M5 is awesome, I remember it in the Boston tunnel. I was planning on painting the Intake Manifold the same color, but I really dislike pulling it on the M30. Maybe this winter, who knows.

Thanks man! They are just temporary though, I have some Borbet Type E or DS1s with Bridgestone RE01R Tires ready to go on.

haha yeah they are pretty uncommon, the only other set I've seen are yours. They came on my old '85 535i that I had and the PO said he paid a good chunk of change for them years ago. They fit the E28 perfectly and are 16x7.5 et18.

14" TRXs that came off an E28 I parted a while ago. I'm sure any E28 bottlecap would look pretty nice, only problem is that I don't think they will clear E36 brakes or E30 M3 brakes when you run 5-lug stuff.

      Thanks for the compliments guys.

Im thinking of running them with adapters but that would depend on the offset.

              Try this: http://www.scrappycrow.com/e28wheels...eelstires.html

For E28s, but the specs are there.

Thanks man, love the M535i too. You'll get there little by little. Hope it ends up looking as nice as your E30.

Thanks, its actually a VSR bolt in I sprayed with Duplicolor white enamel. Came out pretty nice due to proper prepping of the metal, but the fitment is way off. May have to drill new holes and use a 10 ton body jack to move things around.

I literally just went on craigslist looking for E28s. Not that I could afford even a shitbox right now, but still.

Anyone else think the E24/E28 center exit exhaust is fucking dope?
