    Euro G2G in Loveland, CO

the weather sucked, it was 75 degrees and sunny 3 days ago, and today it was freezing and overcast.

Anyway i took some pics. Anyone else who took pics at the event please upload!

This guy had something mean under the hood...

the only two M42s there. (me and hyperE30)

    VeeDub with a SWEET headliner...

    a WICKED Audi A4 1.8T

Now this was one bad-ass car. It (was) an Audi A4 1.8T until the guy swapped in a freaking 4.2 V8 from an Audi A8 or something, then simply ran two straight pipes right from the headers out the side of the car. This car was freaking LOUD, he could have put most tubbed out Chevelles to shame.

    all show no go

now here is the 4.2 V8 crammed into that Audi A4. There was like zero room anywhere. The radiator fan was almost touching the timing belts on the motor.

    More clearance issues....

Now i don't ever want to hear anyone griping about engine bay room in their M30 swapped E30.

The Mini crowd kind of stayed to themselves for some reason....

Then a couple seriously bad-ass Audis showed up...

The drive was great. That stasis audi was serioulsy fast. I think the swapped a4 had the engine out of an rs4 which is the same engine in the new r8

I was planning on going but some things came up that cut back the time on my hall pass. :( Sounds like it was a lot of fun though.

The drive up was alot of fun, the roads were dry, and i was lead to the realization that my M42 just does not put out the raw power that i so badly want.

Just let that Stasis try to pass me again once i have my S50 swap.......

I turned around as we were heading up the mountains from Estes, the snow was coming down pretty hard, and i was running street tires.

325ix, i saw you on the way back down, did you cut out early too?

oh, and Machined, what were you driving?

I didn't go. Didn't know about it - living vicariously through the interwebs. Is it just me or could that 1er have gone a little shorter on the studs..?
