Heres my back-up beater.
Its a '91 318i. And just like all other late 318's its a sedan and 5-spd. :D
Basically its an aborted project that never got started and I kept it around.
So now I use it when I have or want to as its a good driver and has cold r-12 a/c still.
Makes for a really good parts hauler! :p





And although this is not technically my "beater" it still kind of is. :D
1990 325is 5-spd brilliant & tan.
When I'm not using my DD Alfa I do prefer to drive this over the lowly 318.
I say its not really my beater because its for sale and i don't think of it as "mine".
Its really just a pos that I picked up for cheap to fix, paint and flip.
All it needs now is the paint and body and it will ready for a new happy owner. :p
Before anyone asks the wheels are SSR's and they are being sold seperate of the car. Car will come with baskets or bottles.

I'm about to buy a 98 volvo cross country for less than 1,000. Looks exactly like that, except newer and 4wd ofcourse.

Less then a $1,000? Did the 'Bevel gear' go yet?? They are nice cars but also money pits.

Currently for sale, might use it if it doesn't go.

It melts snow as it passes over it, and plows everything else. I like it, but can't really imagine building one for performance/fun, it's an absolute pig.
