Very much like the wheel color on the Avus wagon, is that the standard color of M5 wheels....thought they were lighter?

No, those are painted, Stu. The stock E39 M5 wheels are hyper-black stock, but they are much lighter.

Green looks good on your cabrio, but on a touring, it's a WHOLE LOTTA green. Plus the beige interior with woodgrain dated it a little bit.

Well I'll be down there tomorrow picking up an M3. I fly into Tampa tomorrow morning and we drive down to Port Charlotte to get the car. Then heading back north and West.
