Yeah, this car wins. I love the 3.0csi.
Not a single E30...

I'd love to show those guys. I plan on driving the car down to Monterey this summer for the Historics. Maybe I can swing in there. I actually have paperwork all the way back to the Italian government releasing the car. I don't think my car is necessarily a Hardy and Beck special car, it was just a car they imported. Spleens are totally overrated. Lets get together soon and talk audio. I'd like to get your insight. That car is just amazing, simple awesome.
You gonna drive that down to Berkeley to H&B to show it to Allen?
I bet he would love to see it again. Didn't they only do 2 or 3 E9s?
Rumor has it that they kept all the original importation documentation and are willing to share it!
And you really will be fine without that spleen. People have lived many many years without one. I think it was a smart move...got you that car, didn't it?
Luke
Thanks so much everyone.
Thanks for your insight champ.Sorry i dont like it.
Clean car tho.__________________

Hands down one of the most beautiful designs to ever leave the BMW factories...and an incredibly fine example of it.

I really really really like it! There are a few things I would change (lights/front bumper/valance/rear spoiler), but the e9 lines are stunning, plus it's pre smog!Mtech1 v8 build thread - https://www.r3vlimited.com/board/sho...d.php?t=413205

Thanks for the hi-res.
When you get a radio be sure to guard the dash like a hawk,(talking center console radio surround) in college I worked at an importer called Illuminessance group, the owner imported parts from Germany & shipped American car parts out, in the early 80s they were hella expensive & hard to come by. Can't begin to imagine what it is like now.
