borbet E's are one of the few 5-spoke wheels i find acceptable on the E30. I used to have them on my first e30. looks good.

thanks. I've had them since 2007, just never decided to put them on anything. Another thing I wish I'd done sooner.

Car performed flawlessly at Lime Rock Park.

Nearly lost it on the uphill twice due to the track being wet the 1st session out, as well as dusting off the cobwebs. I love the 3.46LSD, but at the end of the last session I was hitting the rev limiter (7K) at the top of 4th on the main straight before the braking zone. It equates to around 121mph with the 235/40/17s, think I may go to a 3.25lsd to get a little more speed. Gotta install harnesses, my bolt in cage, along with the S50 cams and the 3.25lsd. Also got signed off to run solo for 1 session at the end of my next track day there.

            DIBS!!! on the 3.46.

Sounds like you had a fun outing. Did the car just get unweighted at the crest of the Uphill, and as you straightened out, things got squirrely?

Sort of. It was mostly driver error as I input the throttle way to early as I was cresting the uphill, as well as not properly taking the turn.

The way I re-realized it was supposed to be taken was you have to turn pretty early and try to hit the apex. As you get to the crest, you should be in the middle or slightly to the right of the track, pointing towards the track out point (left side of the track), but you have to make sure your wheel is perfectly straight or you can spin pretty easily. My problem early on was I wasn't turning in early enough and should have been unwinding the wheel sooner to track out across the track as you crest the uphill as apposed to going straight across.

              Hopefully that makes some sense.
