Got a new car

Hi everyone, I just got a '91 318is a few weeks ago and I finally got around to taking pics (I had to wait until it was raining, for some reason ). The car has about 200K miles, but I'm only the second owner and it seems to be in good shape. The motor was replaced about 90K miles ago. Right now its all stock except for Recaro seats and a new muffler.




I really like the car as it is, but looking around the board you guys have given me lots ideas for mods. I don't have much $$ to spend yet, so right now I'll concentrating on cleaning up and fixing the few things the previous owner overlooked.

Haha, our cars are backwards. We both have 318s, I have the oil cooler plate, you don't. I have the right badge, you don't. ;)

I'm guessing the bay area somewhere as he's got a plate fram that says Mill Valley which is north of San Fran between Sausalito and San Rafael

Looks after market. The tips come straight out (not angled like stock).

Yeah , the bumper stickers and 325 badge are going to be the first thing to go. The previous owner said it was "a mix up at the paint shop", but i looked through all his records and the reciept for it was dated 1991, a few months after he bought it. :)

The muffler is a magnaflow if I remember right. It's REALLY loud but not annoying enough for me to replace it. Not my first choice though.

edit: The prev. owner told me the IS lip fell/got scraped off 3 times, so he put on a regular lip. I probably wont change it because I was thinking of getting an mtech II or something eventually.
