it means they are to low to fit bigger tires in there late model fenders. so yuro poke n strech came about, so they could run baller wheels, while still being slammed.

Its not an F40... the guy can do whatever he wants with it. And if I ever did have enough money to buy an F40, I would do what I want with that too.
