Hello. E30 330i member recommended me this site seen as how i am also an E30 nut. I wasn't so until I bought my coupe 1987 facelift E30 from a junkyard out here with the intention of repairing it and selling it as I usually do with junkyard cars to make some extra cash. I unemotionally drove my junker home to repair and sell and in only 20 minutes of clunking, chugging and misfiring bliss I actually fell in love with it. I was shocked at how refined these older cars are. I couldn't resist and after many repairs and some TLC she looks and drives great. All it needs now is a new tranny, the OE has broken synchros in 1st/2nd. Accelerates strong, tops out at 230km/h and has M-Technic stuff all over it, loaded with factory sport options. I got all kinds of performance upgrades I can't wait to install. I live in a snowy place and waiting for snow and salt to go away till I drive/repair it. I have a few pictures uploaded, hopefully they are not too large. These are fresh out of the junkyard pictures. Only 300 bones for this baby! I got very lucky. I also have a nice video of it getting worked on the streets out where I live. Long windy roads with no traffic and no polizei........is awesome, I'll transfer it from my digi cam to my PC then post it up somewhere. I don't have internet at home, but I love cars and BMW's, so hopefully I can become as active as I'd like to be. Tschuss
