My New convertible E30 - New r3v member

Hey everyone! I'm a new E30 owner and new to this forum. I originally learned how to drive on a 1988 318i, and when it came time to shop for cars recently, I knew exactly what I wanted.

After searching for e30's for the past few months, I finally found exactly what I was looking for (4cyl, manual transmission, convertible - a lot to ask for!). My new car is a 1992 318is convertible. Previous owner was a body shop owner, and upgraded most aspects of the external appearance. The car is really beautiful! A custom paint job, newly replaced top and interior make for a very clean look.

There are a few mechanical issues, but nothing that shouldn't be easily fixable (i hope)... might have a valve cover gasket leaks and/or profile gasket issue... though I have good people to work on it.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.... Thanks!
