Great idea, the buying market in Michigan is great. I could more than likely find a duplex for just over 100 thousand in my suburb. That would not have been the case a few years back. But for now I'm good.

I thought the same thing when I saw one at my regular road race track. I was in my track modded Porsche 911 wondering what the hell a fwd hatch was doing on the coarse. Let me be tell you, I could not catch that STOCK MS3 for nothing in the world. Once I realized he had turbo, I thought, he'll never be able to perform in the corners. I did however gain ground but not enough for my n/a 2.7. Once the roads straitened he was gone time after time! My 911 is not slow nor am I a novice driver but Mazda has done a fine job building this machine. Sure If I slapped a turbo on my 911, I'd out perform him, but that would cost nearly as much as I paid for the MS3. A fender intake, down pipe, test pipe, and exhaust will yield 300 hp before a tune or boost controller is needed. Roughly costing $800. Believe me fellas, I would have never considered this car had I not seen in person what this car does on a road coarse.

Not my porsche but you get the idea. (please read the replies)

god i hate fwd. i would have picked up a mini way before a MS3, but congrats on the new car purchase. i find it freaking hilarious that you work for GM and don't own like 30 of them. i don't live too far from you so i know exactly how it is around here. i don't get any hate for my E30, but people point and laugh at my nissan, despite the fact that it will run right next to a C6. some are just clueless as can be.

            love the Carrera.

Still didn't sell me. Sorry. It's a mazda, it has no soul. But it cool that it has it's own style - and could be handy if you refuse to get castrated....errr..I mean....buy a mini-van.

another video of ms3 with intake and exhaust

This model vette is not the fastest but a four banger hanging with a V8 sport car is impressive

dude I just went to the store earlier and there was a red ms3 right there ha. never seen one till today, what is funny is we caught each other checking out the other dudes car, I was in my e28. I wish you were my neighbor, there are not enough car-tards like this around here. I have had extreme car a.d.d. for years spanning vw,bmw, slammed and bagged chevy's, to rockcrawlers(before they were just tube buggies) and fucking dirtbikes!! of course dirtbikes have ruined my back, offroading finished the job and german car love is still the first and last
