So I put in a new clutch. And so that you can tell from the outside that it has a new clutch, it of course now has E38 style 5s. (yes, yes, needs a drop...)

she runs like a champ and everything works but the clutch and TO bearing is FAWKED.

Or maybe its just the TO bearing, the clutch may actually be fine, but I think the TO bearing exploded and is no longer there in an assembled state, because the clutch fork seems to be right against the clutch tines, as the pedal sits way too far back and shakes like crazy when the car is running.
