    There is at least one thread on "tucking diving boards." The bumpers are referred to as diving boards on here, and you want to "tuck them."

    Essentially you can leave them on the car, take a drill to teh bumper shock (there are two, you'll see them) and then slowly ram something and push the bumper in.
