Looks familiar, I have almost exactly the same, or was!. 2 tone 89 Mtec 320i Diamond Schwartz automatic. Mine came with 16" RS originally from Japan. 55kms on mine.

Now its a 5spd, S38, 5 lug. Just finishing up, not as nice paint as you have though. The acid rain took out my clear, need to get it resprayed next.
