    ^ inches? that's like -16mm.

You're going to have insane poke. With 20mm adapters you're looking at -36et.

That's +16mm. The offsets should be fine, only thing weird is 14 x 6.75. Good luck finding tires for that???

Well before the ninja edit it said '- whatever the equivalent to 16mm is'. How wide would the adapters be?

The smallest I've found are 25mm.

The front would stick out 21mm/ .8" more with the adapters than my 16x7 +15 sportmax now.... so a fender roll should make a tight fit.

The rear would be 32mm less on the outside before adapters so i'd probably want a 35mm adapter to match the front. Or a 1.25"/32mm adapter would pretty much keep it where its at now.

What is going on in here?

AS for the 6.75, were you measuring lip to lip? You only measure from the mounting point to mounting point, which might account for the bizzare width.

As for the tires, it wouldnt matter if it is even 6.75, a 195 would work just fine.

And you can get adapters thinner than that. Try adaptec, they make an 18mm which assuming these are et16 would put you at -2, which shouldn't be a problem considering the width.

And i dont get the 15.5 inch thing.. do the faces go out past the mounting surface?

Reminicent of Renault Maxi wheels. Should be interesting to see on an e30.

I know I'm going to need 4x100 to 4x108 adapters but i just got the wheels today so I'm not really sure about the sizes yet.
i would scrap the project before you spend money on adapters no one will ever want to take off your hands.

                              1) the offsets are way too low to adapt. the fact the wheels are relatively skinny only hurts you because you'll be sitting your fenders down on top of a square tread block.

                              2) you won't find a suitable 14" tire size to make those look right on an e30. anything small enough to make the wheels look good will leave you with 3" of wheel gap and anything big enough to fill the gap will have your fenders begging for mercy and look like hell.

those wheels look like they came from a 70's domestic, so i'm sure you got a good deal on them, for good reason ha. despite what it seems like most people here feel, they could look good on something (mk1 or mk2 vw perhaps), just not an e30...and that's ignoring the gigantic fitment issues you'll have to hurdle.

the diameter is measured in a similar way to the width...a 14" wheel doesn't measure out to 14", etc. etc.
