Car looks perfect. Only thing i would change are the comfort seats in the interior. I would add sports seats. Other than that car looks great.

as far as the interior, i'd love to find a set of sport heated seats. I need some butt warmers for the winter. If i do find em, i might have them rewrapped cardinal including redying the door cards ;-)

a little update on the car. Street sign fell on it during one of the post-Sandy windstorms we had...plus had a couple dings/paint chips on the hood and fenders from daily commuting with her....

I also have a couple updates for her coming up this Spring, including a set of front sport seats I'll be redyeing....I'll post updates on that when i begin the project.

Bodyshop updated me today, saying they're painting more than half the car for no additional cost! Helps that I've given them a ton of business lately =)

Here are some goodies I purchased, and projects i been working on this wk....redid my shadowline trim (bodyshop i used a couple yrs ago didn't prep right)...so I sanded them down good, etch primed it, & SEM trim paint.

Also did 2 applications of Leatherique oil & cleaner on the seats....prepping them up to fill/sand/redye using the Leather Tech World kit.....they cleaned up nicely just from the oil and cleaner tho.

put on new centercap Alpina stickers since the old ones were faded to hell. The wheels initially i was gonna have refinished, but my budget isn't allowing me to do so =/

took care of a bunch of little water leaks today in the trunk. The rear vent flapper thing was leaking around the seal (underneath the side of the rear bumper), so I had to remove the bumper to replace the gasket....hopefully no more trunk leaks. Put back c-pillar trims w/ new gaskets & cleaned up the Alpinas and coated them w/ Armor All brake dust repellent to keep the brake dust at a minimum.

Also installed a leather E34 ebrake handle + E30 M3 leather ebrake boot...sorry no pic

Making some progress on my cracked leather dye project...

Sanded down the bolsters last night w/ a scuffing pad and 400 grit paper, and it seems like a lot of the superficial cracks in the leather was the dye itself cracking (not the leather itself)....and smoothed it out a ton. Looks like I'll be using a lot less crack filler than I originally thought, which is a good thing. The center sections of the seats are in great shape, so I'm just going to be sanding those areas lightly, enough for the dye to adhere. The backs of the seat have some gashes and impressions, not sure how I'm gonna tackle this...but I might just redye those and live with the imperfections.
