That may be true but you obviously don't discourage its use exemplified by your willingness to rock the pics in your avatar. Not to mention countless r3v OG and probably people you would call friends who helped put you in the mod position you're in engage in this type of noob hazing (known on r3v as being particularly harshin' on females).

I agree on that. It appears the mods want R3v to be more noob friendly/welcoming, and I respect that. Looks like we'll have to wait around until someone who is really asking for it joins.
