no surprisingly is was a man driving...

i was comming down the road minding my own buisness just listening to how goo my borla sounded then i see their bumper pulling out from the gas station and i slam on them and BOOM..
when to cop got to the hospital to talk to me he told me i only had 50 feet to stop from where my skid mark started...
he was at fault for failure to yeild. and appearently someone the the right lane stopped and waved her out, right into me!

lol welll after i hit them they went to the second entrance of the gas station and the whole front half of my car was chillin on the other side of the yellow line, sooo im gonna say after impact i was the 1st car over the line.

i should have but didnt. i felt like i wouldnt get enough back for the car and would have ended up paying the lawyer like 2 grand just to get my an extra 2 grand on my car. '
i did talk to a friend who is a lawyer and this is pretty much what he said would happen
