well 'biggest POS' might be an exaggeration. they have a great aesthetic, a very rugged, simple construction, and are down right fun! the only downside is that the motors they got were mostly garbage, and paired with the crap transmissions, they drove much like a farm tractor. maybe the newer models are better?

That's exactly what I was talking about. The whole drivetrain was nickel and dimen me to death, I even had the 4.0L wich was supposed to be the best power plant they ever had. There was always something wrong with it. I only owned it for like 8 months then sold it.

its a totally different feel from the e30, & i love it. its very rough and it does drive like a tractor but shit its fucking great. the e30 is parked with no front bumper so no pics of that needed. i would never thrade my dirtyethirty for anything ha.
pops ordered me an exhaust for christmas woot.

Yeah gutless for sure, and this was when it was empty. When I hooked up a trailer and pulled my quad around to go ride it felt like I was pulling 50tons with it. I had to make sure where I was going had no hills to climb cus I would barely make it up them.

Something must have been terribly wrong with your jeep. Maybe your mistaking 4.0 for 4cyl. My 4.0 has 183k, no problems. Way faster than my dad's chevy z71 1500.
