Something about black wheels and bimmers...

Glad you didn't foul up too bad; did those construction/city workers get there after the spin??

It's really much simpler than that.

Californians + anything =!(70F+ and Sunny) = crash

Seriously. Fog, snow, rain, rain that doesn't reach the ground, rain that might not actually happen, clouds, goats, etc.

            +1.
Even hit a curb. :) The car wasn't mine yet, this was a year or so before I even bought it - started it up and out of my grandparents driveway, and went joyriding like an idiot.

              holy bad pictures batman.

But yes this happened to me more than 5 times yesterday, it was pouring in Jersey and I was traveling up and down jersey the entire day. The rear end stepped out quite a few times. I always tried to stay VERYYYYYYYYY low in the RPM range so it wouldn't kick out. I also have K-Mart tires (previous owner) that are bald so it was literally like driving frictionless. Got a couple of unintended long sliding. Thank goodness the E30 is so easy to control. Its cool that you didn't get hurt though.

I did kinda the same thing, but turning right. And it was on a cold, rainy morning.

I ripped up one of my weaves pretty bad but I grabbed another on craigslist that night (with a tire) for 40 bucks

Is the wheel the only thing damaged? What else is wrong? Looks like you lucked out unless I'm missing something.
