Became a homeowner last month. Was renting and the homeowner wanted to sell. I didn't want to move so now after much paperwork, phone calls emails and meetings, this is all mine.

Junkyard DME was hiding a secret:

Finally decided to do something about the terrible carpet:

Took out hot air intake from previous owner and installed the stock intake with new filter:

    More junkyard finds:

Refurbished and flushed a set of green top injectors and installed those, was surprised at how easy it was.

    gross.

Had a leak develop at my flex joint so IE shorty headers have been ordered.

Yep. Was bored. R3V Facebook page was showing of their guns in their cars so I did that for a goof.

            Spring update:
Febuary saw me coax my brother into joining the dark side. He picked up this M50nv swapped cirrusblau sedan.

I am now completely considering an m52 swap for my car.
Daily driving 50miles a day on the freeway has taken it's toll on all my glass, everything but my turn signals was ruined. Fogs first with plastic ebay lenses I bought forever ago.

The headlights received fresh euro glass for the lows, recycled for highs and crosshairs. Used euro glass because US spec isn't available and as a bonus the euro ones aren't mildly fluted in the center like US versions.

More to come, car is desperately in need of a full suspension overhaul.

Prepped most of that car for paint today, still have front fenders, bumpers and bumper trim strips to sand. Everything hurts.

Have eight of these to work with, fantastic paint.

I hope to have it done today.

Fully Blitz Black. First time in many years the entire car has been painted.

badwella DSSR, so glad I got in on these before they went on hold.

Parts came in from ECS, unboxed with bayonet.

Wheel bearings, axles and e-brake shoes

took all day, but it was worth it.

Billy Sports, Front wheel bearings, steering rack bellows, and HD rear shock mounts are on their way. Still need to order trailing arm and subframe bushings.

Today. No more Bav Auto springs and shot KYB's.

Got the H&R Race and Bilstein B8's in last night. What a world of difference. Ride is simply sublime now. The kyb Gas-a-just's that where in the car where far beyond blown. My only gripe is now the perfect rake the car had with the Bav Auto springs is gone. Going to grab E90 top hats and some thicker spring pads for the back to try and bring some of it back. I'm not a fan of uneven wheel well gap at all.
