    Just a little hitting on the fire wall, nothing to crazy. I went a little crazy thinking I needed more room than I did though. haha.

        Here's my idea though: white car, paint my bbk lime green, engine bay in black, and small underbody/underhood accents in lime green. No one in this country (uk = $430usd) offers silicone hoses in lime green anyway. So it looks like it'll just be the BBK kit, engine block, strut brace, and a couple brackets.

            When washing the engine bay, what should I keep absolutely covered and sealed from water? Alternator, fusebox, headlight seals.... ?


            I think I'm gunna use Eastwood's Underhood Black Paint....

              Had it for a few months so far.

              Things done recently by me/ local shop:

              *New Head Gasket
              *Radiator
              *Moved motor back 1/2" - 3/4"
              *Coolant system hoses (all new)
              *New Fans
              *A/C install
              *Painted Wrinkle Black
              *Turner Chip
              *Spark Plugs
              *TPS
              *ICV

              Soon to come:

              *CAI
              *New Coolant tank
              *New Oil Cap

                    sweet engine bay pics everyone! I want to paint mine the stock color along with two bumpers and a valance how much paint should I need? Then want to have engine super detailed maybe hot tanked. thanks in advance here is what my bay looks like now. I have to pull the rest off and get to cleaning/prep for paint.

                        Woah has anyone heard of this stuff - Lizard Skin?
                        I dont think i'd go for it in my engine bay, but I really like the idea of using this in my interior. They do both a heat reduction & sound insulation product.
