    Finally. My new interior.

I got Kevin from Creative Options to make me this kit for my 4 door. It's VW GTI6 fabric with black vinyl bolsters and gray stitching. It took me about 60 hours from start to finish including the door cards. That included cleaning, repairing, and repainting the seat mechanisms. A tedious but enjoyable process. If you notice, I also removed the side lifting mechanisms on the sport seats to make them proper 4 door front seats. That required new leather seat backing material which Kevin supplied too. Total cost including supplies, new seat shocks and kit was $1700 (I chose pretty expensive fabric). I was quoted $3500 from an upholstery shop and that didn't include the door cards. So I'm pretty pleased with the whole process and the money I saved. Kevin does great work. Everything fit perfectly together and was easy to install. My only minor complaint was the wait time. So be patient if you order from him.

I also replaced the fabric of the rear parcel shelf with black felt.

This is the exterior color, Karminrot.

I love it. Really clean. How did you do the door cards, did you send them to Kevin?

No, He glues the fabric on a cardboard layout with the holes already cut for the door handle etc. I cut out the old fabric and then glued the piece in. It's not as clean as if it were stitched in place, but then to do that would require a professional upholstery shop and lots of money. So it's the next best thing and still looks really good.

            Dude, that looks amazing!

Just get some new floormats. A full OEM set is like $100, and your interior would look MINT.

            Stellar.

Thanks. I've been wanting a car like this for a few years now, M50, M-tech1 Euro 4 door. It's finally coming together now that the interior is done. Last on the search are some nice Euroweaves or Alpinas. Can't decide. I'll get some more pics of the exterior when the weather turn warm enough to detail it. I was just excited to show the interior.

Very nice choice in fabric and I like the stitching on the bolsters. + 1 on the floor mats they are just not up to par with the rest of the package. Looks like it should have been a stock option and that what makes it win for me.
