                Its an early model, and the bumpers arent plastic. There the perfected version of our diving boards called euro bumpers. They are chromed steel. Which is why it has early tails. Late model tails started in 88.

                    Looks like someone has bumped it slightly knocking it about half inch out of line.Should be easy enough to realign.
