friend r3v'd car on my way to selling it...

    well, this sucks

friend came to pick me up to go upstate to sell my 318is when no further than a few minutes from my house he hit a slick spot and spins it in the tunnel at roughly 25mph and hits both sides... too narrow to counter-steer :(

So now it's in the insurance game, I'm not sure what I'm going to need to get $3,500 out of them, this thing was fucking MINT at 10AM, and at 11AM it looks like this:

much appreciated, the unfortunate part is that it looks like I'm going to need luck (and a lot of it!) according to other fellow e30 owners

I drove my roommate's accord (pictured in the background of my first picture)

He's looking after my car, I live in the city now - parking situation is shit.

Part it out and sell me the mirrors.

Just kidding(sort of). It's sad to see another Alpine 318is die.

Shit that sucks man. If insurance company gets it, I'll be on the look out at all east coast salvage auctions :)

EDIT: Just saw your craigslist ad for the car. So sad.

So you still let your friend drive your car and you took his? Bad choice.

If you end up parting it are those fog light fillers? If they are what would be your price?

                      GL with insurance.
There have been a lot of 318is getting good $$$ lately.
Do some research, and get as much as you can.

he's been looking after my car for almost two months (if not more)

in this situation, I'd be the inexperienced driver
