Not planned as of now, but maybe. A cousin is getting married and me and my car are long over due for a road trip. I've just been driving deep into the woods for the last few years.

    Naw, Im simple.

This post is mostly about the help i may need along my journey. Maybe we will start with fenders. I've got a crease in my DS. Im weighing my options on putting another clean one on or fixing what i have. Both fenders have what i assume to be a factory "weld" at the seam to the firewall gutter system. Because of this should i value my current (assumably oem numbered (maybe not numbered but the idea) never removed) fender more than a replacement and fix what i have? Either way i would need to paint because as you can see with the kit, i didn't (<--past tense for Danny) care about factory, and i repainted my own color.

    thoughts/ emotions?

Other items i haven't been able to locate are bearings or bearing sets or full rebuild kits for transmission and or differentials. I plan on going through both of these in the months to come but haven't sourced possible hardware. Dealer, Turner, this Blunt guy you speak of?

    Thanks for helpin the daft

I remember being 15-16 and reading BEN nightly. Then a short stint in the (can i say it here?) DTMPowa days and i moved to the city and parked the e30. Walked away so to speak.

Needed a couple parts i found on local craigslist, meet a few people that helped re-inspire me. Happy to see a good community, was a bit rowdy back when, Fuc i sound old, pics.....

I guess i don't have to ask who Danny is cause your here, so heres a lollipop , cause i don't really care what you banned.

So after a long time of not liking what i had done i finally fixed my issue. Don't get me wrong, I always loved driving my 30 because as long as the glass is clean everything looks good from the drivers seat. But walk to and from, you all can imagine, a person starts to hide from themselves.

So i did what any sane person would do. I ripped that shit off and drove bumperless for a couple weeks. Better, way better, happy in my new found enlightenment but still not acceptable.

A brand new car. Still no bumpers but i could feel it, something good about to happen. Worked on a couple small things for a couple weeks and one random day I CL'd everything bumper-wise from an 86 es. I just wanted to get something decent to get by until i figured out what to do but i got everything that i foolishly took off that the factory gave me.

Amazing what can be done when you start to love again and give it a little effort.

Many things to do and a deadline of a trip, Portland to Newport CA via 101 in the middle of may. Plan is to get everything on the car purdy (not beautiful) and functional so that i can start playing with more suspension. And i imagine many say this but i have always wanted to dodge cones. This being my sunday driver things will go slow but as ive shown, im learning.
