Can't really save it. It belonged to a us soldier that pretty much used it for target practice before he left. They repaired all the bullet holes and glass then put shitty 5% tint everywhere.

I think the OP should flip the car to one of the guys who says they could "restore" a car with no title and bullet holes for double what he paid (a base model 318i four door, no less). win/lose!
