I think steel grey looks amazing on E30's. Some guy on here painted his car steel grey and then sold it. It was more or less stock looking; it was lowered on basketweaves and had a Rieger front lip. Looked amazing.

i think if i replace all the trim, and fix all the other random exterior pieces that maybe a respray of bronzit wouldn't be so bad... thanks guys.

Bingo. I like a total of 3 Bronzit cars, and it's never been cool. They just did it right.

Anybody can make their bronzit look silver. It's all about lighting. My car has always emulated and amplified the colors around it. Every night if the moons bright, my car is the most pure silver I've ever seen. Same goes for blue sky, overcast, etc... It's ony in direct sunlight, or yellowish light, that the car really appears bronzit (see sig). Camera angles have a lot to do with it too. Closeups compared to far away pictures, glare, etc.. all make the car look more silver to both the human eye and camera.

Seems pretty self explanatory. You asked a question about why we hate bronzit and like it on his car. Instead of repeating what Heeter said, I put his quote as the response. It happens a lot on here, look around. I guess I could have put x2 or +1 or "fuck yeah" or something. Would that have made you happier?

You're pretty angry for someone with a nice car. So what if you had a nice bronzit car first - I never said anything bad about your car. Maybe others did but hey - its the internet, what the FUCK do you expect?
