It's some parking pass for the PO who was in Wisco. It was originally a FL car that came to Jersey then to Wisconsin, then back to Jersey lol

Thanks bro, I'll be sure to do suspension after the motor work. I'm from Essex County (yes near newark ) but I live in a better area. Good luck with your family's E30.
