    Parking Lot Shenanigans

I've never actually tried to "drift" until today. This is my attempt. I have no prior experience. Nevertheless, it was quite the fun experience.

    Car: 1991 318iS (M42)
Suspension: FK 60/40 (spring rate is floating in a thread somewhere) paired w/Bilstein Sports
    Wheels: Sportmaxxx 501(?) 16x8 ET0 on all 4 corners on Nexxen N3000 205/45/16.
Performance: 2.5 inch mandrel bent exhaust w/oem spec cat and Magnaflow muffler.

    Any other questions just ask.

Sorry, the camera focused on the waving plant on the right side. Besides that, here's the video...

Yeah, you can hear when I clutch kicked. The first "drift" I just smashed first to break loose, then went into second to try and hold it through. Didn't get very far so I clutch kicked it and held it around 5k RPM's until the end. And thank you.

What is your exhaust setup? Need to find a way to make my M42 a little more noticeable.

That was some of the slowest sliding I have ever seen. Impressive for a M42.

I posted it in the op. It's 2.5 inch mandrel bent from the headers back to a 2.5 inlet magnaflow (don't know which model). There's an oem replacement cat in there in the stock location.

Thanks man. It a little sandy out there so it's a little easier to slide. I was pretty impressed I didn't have to be bouncing off the r3vlimiter the whole time. I stayed at a steady 5k RPM's in second gear the whole time.
