It's a "camshaft drive belt replaced at" sticker with blank spaces for 2 mileage and date entries.

Another question, what is the large white sticker on the piece the strut bar is attached to?

It's a large sticker containing "Vehicle Emission Control Information" on the left, and a "Vacuum Hose Routing Diagram" on the right.

It's a factory installed sticker from BMW, but it looks like a California emissions control compliance sticker.
