      It's a "camshaft drive belt replaced at" sticker with blank spaces for 2 mileage and date entries.

                    It's a large sticker containing "Vehicle Emission Control Information" on the left, and a "Vacuum Hose Routing Diagram" on the right.

                    It's a factory installed sticker from BMW, but it looks like a California emissions control compliance sticker.

                            I'm mising the allen wrench (or whatever the S shaped tool is). Looks like that car is super clean, nice find!
