the motor is out of a 98 3 series, isnt a 98 =e46

Thats probably not even an M52. Its has too many M50 parts on it like the valve cover, oil filter housing, intake. If you were told it was an E46 engine of even a newer engine out of a 98 then you got taken.

damn guess i got taken , cause the guy i bought it from told me its a 98 engine and trans....damn it ! oh well i only paid like 5k for it so either way
