this is the 92 appearance package, I read that only 10 percent came with the manual, the rest were all automatic. I picked up this car from a fellow R3V member back in the spring. The car was very sound mechanically but needed a lot of body work and rust repair. On to the pics
when I picked it up
as you can see, the interior was shot. So first stop on my way home was by the upholstery place to order the material to do the full interior
as soon as I got back to the shop, we start ripping the car apart
installed the new Hella Smoked Euro smilies, HIDs, euro grills
big props to my buddie Eddie for helping me out with this car and most of the work on it :up:
replaced the worn out shift boot and broken shifter with new boot and ZHP knob
custom tinted tails, new gaskets
took the cluster out, installed new rings, painted the needles, Alpina RPM sticker
also installed new Head Unit, suede steering wheel and Euro clock
we also gutted both doors and replaced all the window regulators, motors, brackets, everything inside the doors was replaced
I installed a set of ESM002s staggered, 16x7.5 and 16x9s that I had laying around, they def made the car look beefier, the D2 coil overs are great, love them as well !
some friends came over to give a hand with rear window motors, they were shot as well, so we replaced them
replaced the windshield with Genuine e30 m3 windshield
by this time the interior was ready, so we went and picked it up and installed it in the car
