I found a m42 with all accessories plus tranny diff driveshaft for pretty cheap so it looks like it will get an m42 plus chip. Then I will have all extra parts I need. I will update pics of progress here shortly.

I picked up the m42 tonight. The seller threw in a 240 trans, 4.10 lsd, complete stock exhaust, brake booster, driveshaft, and a bunch of other stuff as well. I'm gonna do some seals and gaskets before I drop it in and also check the timing chain and other components before I start driving around... I will post pics up of progress soon. Work has been crazy but I need a car to drive around in sick of my pickup and vert for daily uses.

The wheels are sold already they were 14x6 Borbet's with snow tires and I wasn't about to keep them. I'm gonna find some beater steelie's for the winter and rock my 16x9 Borbet's now. I don't need a fast dd just a reliable one that gets good gas mileage. I am going to Europe from September until October and am really considering selling my vert and having around 6-7k to invest in a new project... My buddy is in the army currently stationed in Egypt and I am talking to him to see how he can get a car shipped back. We are meeting in Munich and traveling for a month...
