Thanks for all the comments, fellas. I've really been working hard on her, when I have the time and the money.
Dave, it feels great to have a lowered car. It feels completely different, so much more connected to the road. When flinging the car around corners, body roll is almost non-existent. Even things as simple as just coming out of corners is a totally different feeling.
There's still a lot left to do, but only a few of them are really going to cost me much. The differential needs to be replaced, and the installation of new, stiffer suspension revealed to me that the control arms and tie rod ends are going to need replacing as well, some of the joints are on their way out. The JS1's will only be temporary, they're coming off of my wife's E30, which we're selling. We're going to put my baskets on her car when we sell it, since she just bought those wheels 4 months ago, and it seemed a waste to leave them on the car when it sells. I'll be selling them later, since I'd really like to get some Kosei K1's on there.
I was hoping to get the bumpers painted black with SEM before the picnic, but it doesn't look like it's going to happen in time. I've got all the clips for the shadowline ordered, it's just a matter of when it gets here. Also, once the new control arms go in, I'll either be installing M3 offset CAB's, or the Treehouse solid units, I haven't decided yet.

I think you know how much I like your car, way to represent the pre facelift generation dude =)
but you are still thinking of MODS while you have a baby on the way? Dude I would be saving every fucken dollar I had if I were you.
My daughter was born back in June. :) I still have plenty of money. The E30 will never be neglected. Just bought a schwarz II 1992 525i for the wifey too. Some goodies are on the way for that as well. I don't see why people think that all hobbies must cease when you have children. I mean your priorites do change and sacrifices must be made but you can still have fun and enjoy the things you enjoyed pre-parenthood. By the way the car is perfect. One of the only metal bumpered cars on the board that I like. 8)
......... dude i dont want to start a flame fest but do how well do you know Josh?
Not well, not at all. But I am by no means financially well off and I still mange to have fun with the moderate amount of money I have. And just for the record my post was in no way intended to start a flame fest or any such thing. Just stating my opinion from experience. :D
