When you put it that way, there is rarely a day when I am not doing something to my car, even if it is just crawling under it to look for fun. My hands are pretty much permanently black. I think they have become immune to fast orange hand cleaner!

i've never removed the hood but its up quite a bit, almost weekly at this point. OP i dig the white engine and intake mani. nice to see when everyone else has black.

damn i love the white intake manifold and valve cover!!! i was thinking of doing white on my swap im currently working on but havent found any pics of a white manifold until i saw yours. looks sweet! keep it up

lol im a mechanic so my hands are always black but as much as i work on cars during the day i put off a lot of stuff that i need to address for my car cuz i get tired of it, so when it comes to it i do AS much as i ccan at once lol

I've owned my current E30 since February of last year and I've driven it a total of six weeks and it's been sitting since last November mainly because I don't have a garage and we go hammered with snow. Although during that time I've built a turbo kit, replaced the floors and fire wall, suspension, etc. Hopefully I'll be driving it in two weeks.

I bought mine February 2010. I've driven it a total of ~30 miles. It's seen more flatbed travel in the past year and a half then actual roll time. I also think the wheels have been off more than on since as well.

I honestly have no idea what it's like to drive an e30.
