    the 3 siblings

i apologize for crappy photos, but we used a shopping cart as our tripod. photos didn't come out that bad. Met up with my girlfriend (e46) and my friend (e36) and had a little photoshoot.

My car was completely stock the last time i posted pictures of my car, and i have added some recent mods.

For those who want to know, I installed IE3 race springs with bilstein sports, repainted lower valence and side view mirrors, picked up some nice 14" bbs rims (i forget what model code it is, someone chime in and let me know) and a set of euro bumpers. On with the pictures!!!!!!

some solo pics of my car

yes i know i need to fix the rear bumper & the trunk

    my favorite pic

let me know what you guys think!

Looks nice. Maybe a better exhaust tip or something to replace the tailpipe would really set the back end off. How hard was the euro bumper swap? I want to do the same on my '87 eta and would like to know what I'm getting into. Thanks.

Is it just me, or are IEs really not dropping that far anymore? I mean spring pads cant make that much difference. I am running 15s with correct tire size (205/55/15) and if im parked level I have a slight bit of rear tire tuck. My car is slammed compared to the few I've seen with IEs.

Looks good man, im likin the euros.

I agree. They aren't that low anyways, but that car looks really high. The tires might be undersized though.

I apologize again for crappy pics. There were lamp posts everywhere and i couldn't find a decent shot without the posts blinding the camera. I'll take some daytime photos asap. Planning one this weekend with my friend (e36).

Yea, i was a little dissapointed with the Ie3/bistein drop. however, i beg to differ with the handling. And yes, i am running undersize tires (60 series sidewall to be exact), but they came with the tire and i plan to just use these up until i need to buy new ones.

Matt- thanks for the info on the rims!

Mystikal: i won't show u a pic of her, but a pic of us :o

For early model cars (until 86 or 87 or something) factory rubbah was 195/60. I've got an owners manual to prove it, for all you doubters.

One of you math whizzes figure out what the difference between 195/60 and 195/65 is - speedo difference, difference in diameter, etc.

How long has it been since you installed the springs/ shocks?
