pimp. Id like to get a factory fit one for my car so I can paint it but Id want real CF and right now its not worth it to me.

Not all basements are kinda sucky they juse arent as good for living space because of all the concrete, it sucks heat like no other. Here most of the houses have basements if they are over 2000sqft.
    Im now E30less.

I have spent a lot of time in my basment, its fine. Maybe you guys gotta build em better.

Anyway a multi level garage sounds badass.

///M Powerd this is the 2nd time this basment/garage thing has come up and I have never heard of one in Canada.

      Sold it.

Damn. I have a 20'x20' tarp on poles, covering my non-level driveway.

Dude, that garage is INCREDIBLE! My dream in to one day build a house with the entire basement as a 5 or 6 stall garage.

Right now I will settle for 4, its actually the reason I bought my house. Large 2 car up top and a 2 car below with a single door.

                    The upper:

                    The lower(aka: the batcave):

And now with a few more lights and outlets:

As soon as the E34 is done and out of there, I will paint it and start building cabinets and shelves...

                    BTW: your car is sick!

Damn, unbelievable garage! And I don't usually like e24's but that one does it for me.

I miss my Dad's house. He has a 2-car attached, oversized 2-car detached, and a 6 car detached all on half an acre. I'm stuck with a single car garage for now and have my e30 sitting outside up on blocks right now

When I first moved out here I lived in an apartment complex that had the metal roofing covered parking spaces. Completely unlevel asphalt. I kept spilling in over to my neighbor's parking space. Plus the management was always on my ass for working on my car when it said I couldn't do that in my lease. God that sucked. Then I bought a house and its garage was too tiny to really work in, but at least it was level.

My father-in-law is an amazing man... only has a high school degree, has been working his ass off since he was a teenager, served two tours of duty in vietnam, at 40 he started as a "gentleman contractor" going to build maybe 8 homes a year, now he builds 85+ homes a year and is the wealthiest man I know. He's helping me set up this closing company/mortgage brokerage so that even after he's done building homes I'll still have a company to support my family with.

Now if I could just get my wife to go back to swallowing and put out more often I would say that my life is perfect...
