I bought a car from Vlad in September. I have to say that Yan's experience seems very representative of the quality of Vlad's work. I count my issue with Vlad as my own stupidity in not having a trusted AND knowledgeable person inspect the car prior to purchase. Lesson learned. Vlad's shop doesn't do the quality work you think they should given their experience with e30's or anywhere near the quality you would expect for the money.
This is why I asked.Comment

Of course Vlad said it was. When I confronted him the shipping manifest that clearly showed most of the damage, he retreated to that which wasn't listed "Well, the cracking in the spoiler was not there. That rear spoiler was fucking perfect!" Riiight!
No, Carl done goofed. But, shit happens. I'm moving on and doing what I can with what I've got. I think it'll be cool in the end, even if a lot more expensive than I expected.1985 M635csi Black on Buffalo

I'm sorry dude. Glad you're a responsible guy, and even though he's full of it, you're getting it done at the end of the day. Good work, car's looking nice.
Sunk costs are something we all have to deal with at some point...
Vlad's morning after is imminent.
