Sweet work man. That garage reminds me of TeenageMutant Ninja Turtles movie where I think Michelangelo is out in that barn soaking In the tub with April there too.. fro.t of the old house, worn down and grass was high.

The blue car is a 1988 325 and was originally Cirrusblau. It does look good from about 50 feet but it's a parts car so the paint is not a concern. I picked it up just for the 5 speed swap. The 325is is an automatic which is why I think it suffered so much abuse and neglect.
                Automatics get no respect.
The auto trans works perfectly, shifts are almost undetectable during normal cruise but when you hit the kick down button, hang on. It should be out of the car in the next week or two so if any one is doing a manual to auto swap let me know.

I got lucky and found a set on CL from a part out. I was able to strip the center caps and paint them to match the wheels. I still have the black ones but they're pretty rough. If any one can use them let me know.

Ha, we have the exactly the same car, same color and same auto. But I can't find a cheap manual swap parts car.

Looks good though man keep it up.

Looks good, great progress! I'd probably pay for a set of those aluminum early 'is valence mounts you fabbed up, you should PM me a price!
