Those wheels are 17x7.5" ET18, they REALLY fill out the wheelwell in person. 215's are pushing it with those. They were selling for so little just a year or two ago, I almost bought a set but the massive hub area turned me off.
This is very true... Im running 225's with my car jacked up and they still rub like hell. Ive contimplated getting rid of mine, but I love how they fill out the fenders. There heavy rims but they look so damn good. I do hate how they cover the brakes though. I need a BBK now.

Jay do you think it would be a bad idea to run something as small as 205's with these wheels or should I just stick with 215,40's? I want my car to get quite a bit lower.

Jay, we know you will always be rocking stockers :)

But you are right, the hubs basically hide the brakes on those.
Stock wheels you mean? Since I sold the RS'a month ago I bought and sold a set of 16x7.5" Borbet E's (they look a lot more interesting in black), and I just recently grabbed a set of 16x7" ROH's (once again, black) with 225/45/16 Eagle F1's. :D
PICS! Are Type E's those soft 5 spoke ones? What about the ROH's?

Paul, roll the crap out of your fenders and slam your car on 225's

      RISING EDGE

Let's drive fast and have fun.

The Type E's are on a black iX now, looks sick. I wanted those ROH's but Jay is ALWAYS online so he nabs the wheels first.

        Keep it slideways!!

          Type E's

I never snapped any pics of them on the car. I got brave and tried to mount a 16x7.5" ET35 wheel without spacers, and it just rubbed the strut. Must say, they looked pretty damn sick for the 5 minutes they were mounted.

ROH's are just bland rounded 5-spoke wheels, but they're ET25 and already have 225's on them. Kinda tired of looking pretty, if the wheel is strong and has the right specs I'm down.
