Perhaps it was a bad example, but the slightly less bright wheels with a similar style would look better I thought. And I meant replicas with a smaller width, of course ;) 18x10's - yikes. -

I must be alone in thinking the lightweights look better. At least on an E30.Im now E30less.

Your car has never looked better. Still could use some contrast imo, but it's obviously not my car.Erick Mahle | FullOpp Drift | YouTube

Re: 18x8.5 e46 M3 CSL replicas.
The '645' might be the tyre diameter in millimetres. Seems about right given they look a bit bigger than a normal e30 tyre at around 600-610mm.Originally posted by JordanThe tire actually says "235/645R18" on the side. Not sure what the deal with the 6 is, maybe its a R compound thing.
But yeah, I love them, even though I prefer rims with some dish.

It would probably be closer to actual speed, given BMW's notoriously high readings.Originally posted by JordanSpeedometer can be recalibrated easily to match wheels and tires.
With a 245/35R18 the speedo will be reading 2.1% too slow. IE 60MPH indicated would actually be 61.2MPH. Not even a big deal.
Wheels look great. I'd like to see a profile shot though.'91 318is
