i didnt know a thing about bmw's when i found this on craigslist back in the fall of 2010 but it was cheap and i liked the way it looked.

i tried my hand at drifting and smacked a pole

this facilitated a new paint job :) after replacing the smashed fender of course





ignore the bike, this is where it sits






my super cheap and simple short shifter, dropped the knob about an inch and stiffened up the throw by going to a solid aluminum instead of foam and leather, also threw some washers on the shift linkage to tighted it up some

these are the most recent pics, i have repainted most of the black parts since these were taken



life has been a huge speed bump all summer being jobless and in college but now that i have a job my plans are some springs and wheels in time for spring

No I hadn't planned on it, she's fun but not much of a driver by e30 standards the suspension is worn out so it's sloppy
