I think it looks hot with the four doors.

So...if one does not have a true IS, don't put IS skirts, spoiler, and lip?

        Lol.

That's different. The ix is more than just some different trim pieces and such, considering the awd.

A friend of mine had a 4dr e30, same color as yours with the IX kit back in the mid 90s. Looked great. I say do it.

You should go for it! But you need some more dish now.
you can do it without punching any holes - there are big clips that hold the underside of the sideskirts on, and a couple screws at the corners of the flares. the top seams are held on with a really sticky 3M body tape. If you apply that correctly (it has to be CLEAN), you'll have a really hard time getting it off, even without the grommets installed. But if you wanted to get it off you could without damaging anything.

I am getting it from the paint shop tomorrow, and should be installed this weekend.

                  Thanks.

                        looks good.

As an iX owner, I don't mind that non iX's put iX moldings on the car. The iX is rare yes, but its not really... dare I say, anything too special?

                        Its no M3...

When looking at the first pic showing the mock up I was thinking "dear god no".

I saw the after pic and it looks great!
